SERVICES
PHYSIOTHERAPIST CONSULTATION
During the consultation therapist will clarify the reasons for the visit, whether it is an acute or chronic illness or a general visit. During the consultation, therapist will look into previous examination (magnetic resonance, ultrasonography, computed tomography, x-ray) findings and conclusions of other doctors, which will be evaluated and discussed during the consultation with the client. Further treatment plans and visits will be discussed at the end of the colsultation. Minor complaints and illnesses can be treated and relieved during the first consultation.
OSTEOPATH CONSULTATION
Osteopaths are healthcare professionals who are specifically trained in diagnosing health issues. At the start of your first appointment, osteopath will ask you questions about your medical history and lifestyle, as well as any symptoms you may be experiencing. This is very important as it will help to make an accurate diagnosis and suggest appropriate treatment.
Mostly it is possible to begin your treatment at your first appointment, but sometimes the doctor may require further tests first i.e. blood tests or scans, so if you already have done some of the tests recently, prepare the results for the first meeting with doctor.
SHOCK WAVE THERAPY
Shock Wave Therapy is widely used in many medical fields, including orthopedics, physiotherapy, sports medicine, urology and veterinary medicine. This therapy is suitable for the treatment and alleviation of various types of skeletal pain and changes.

Suitable for both acute and chronic diseases such as:
  • Muscle pain
  • Inflammation of the tendons

Using your own body weight as resistance, there are hundreds of suspension exercises available to maximize use of your training or treatment space.

    Suitable for:
    • Exercising (strength, durability, joint stability, etc.)
    • Backbone stretching
    • Body relaxation
    • To increase the movement amount
    • Muscle stretching
      HIGH INTENSITY LASER THERAPY
High Intensity Laser (HIL) technology is based on the well-known principle of low level laser therapy (LLLT). High power and choice of the right wavelength allow for deep tissue penetration. HIL offers powerful and non-addictive form of pain management. Through a natural process of energy transfer (biostimulation and photomechanical effect) it speeds up healing and regeneration. HIL is particularly effective in treatment of sport injuries, e.g. muscle strain or joint distortion and back pain caused by e.g. herniated disc or disorders in the cervical region causing neck pain. Laser therapy is often combined with shock wave therapy.

Suitable for both acute and chronic diseases such as:
      • Sports trauma (sprain, dislocation, rupture)
      • Trigger points
      • Shoulder sprain
      • Ankle sprain
      • Intervertebral disc hernia
      • Backbone pain
      • Arthritis
      • Muscle rupture
      TARGETED RADIOFREQUENCY THERAPY
The Targeted Radiofrequency Therapy helps relieve trigger points and muscle spasms that prevent regaining the full range of joint movement.
It is used to heat tissues and develop passive or active movements.

Suitable for both acute and chronic diseases such as:
      • Muscle pain
      • Back pain
      • Joint pain
      • Tendonits
      • Carpal tunnel syndrome
      • Joint dislocation
      INDIVIDUAL THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE COMPLEX
Exercises are chosen taking into account the individual's physical activity, physical condition, work mode and illness or trauma specifics. When developing an individual exercise plan, it can be continued under the supervision of a therapist or independently in the conditions and at the time desired by the patient. The therapist shows, explains and passes the exercises to a patient in an illustrated or video format.

      INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Regular training can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases, it benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Training can help you lose weight and look better, boost your energy levels and even help you age well, but most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. To get desired results, it is important to consult with a trainer or therapist to understand what is the best type of exercise for you, because not everything is for everyone.

The EMS system stimulates nearly all your muscles with low-frequency electric pulses. EMS is the latest trend of our time and gives you the most effective and easiest whole body workout in the world.
